The following is the list of commands you can currently get help on:

+allquota

This is a director-level command which changes *everyone's* quota. Use 
with caution.

Format: +allquota (amount)

+as

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to do something as 
another person, or object, including spoofing.

Format: +as (object)=(action)

+broadcast

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to broadcast to 
all connected users urgent and/or important information regarding the MIST.

Format: +broadcast (message)

+boot

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to boot players or 
objects.

Format: +boot (player/object)

+cboot

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to boot players or 
objects by means of their connection id's. 

Format: +cboot (concid)

+cemit

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to send messages 
to players or objects on the specified connection id.

Format: +cemit (concid)=(message)

+class

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to reclass a 
player to a higher or lower class.

Format: +class (player)=(level)

+config

This root-only command allows the runtime changing of certain varibles 
which can be seen by using @info config.

Format: +config (option)

+cpage

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to page messages 
to the specified connection id.

Format: +cpage (concid)=(message)

+clearmail

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to clear out all 
old mail messages.

Format: +clearmail

+ctrace

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to see various 
information regarding connections to the MIST server.

Format: +ctrace

+check

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to db check 
specific players/objects.

Format: +check (object)

+exec

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to run external 
programs from within the MIST server.

Format: +exec (what)

+help

This is temporarily an admin/director level command while coding is 
taking place. Eventually, this will be a level encoded help system.

Format: +help
        +help (topic)

+join

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to join the 
specified player or object.

Format: +join (player/object)

+lockout

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to refuse 
connections to the MIST server from specific sites.

Format: +lockout (site)

+reboot

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to reboot the MIST 
server. This may be for new code updates, or bug fixes.

Format: +reboot (MIST name)

+summon

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to force a player 
or object to join them.

Format: +summon (player/object)

+shutdown

This admin and above command allows the admin/director to shutdown the 
MIST server.

Format: +shutdown (MIST name)
