This is a posthumous work written by and copyrighted to 卢盛孝 (Lu, Shengxiao, 1937-2006), former Director of the Intelligence Department of Qinghai Province Bureau of Electric Power, Chief Engineer at Chongqing Electric Furnace Plant. Some chapters of the book are not completely edited and some sections are missing. Figures are not computer scanned. Final publication work is in progress but it will remain as a free book download.
