Pennsylvania Long (Pea) Rifle

I recently acquired this 32 caliber flintlock
from an estate in Eastern Colorado.

It has no visible surface markings on the barrel or
anywhere else. An inspection of the lock
showed the name "Roy Keeler" stamped inside.
As the photo shows, it's flamed Maple, 59.5" overall lenth,
with a 14/16" octagon barrel of 44", 1:66 twist, 8 lands
and weighs 9.8 pounds.

Any expert opinion will be most welcome. If other more
detailed photos would be helpful, let me know.
