MEXICAN CHOCOLATE
(by the mug)

You need:

Put two wedges mexican chocolate into mug or cup and microwave for about two minutes at half power (chocolate will retain its shape but can be squished easily).

Pour milk into mug, and stir with whisk to break up chocolate.

Microwave for about two minutes on high power.

Stir with whisk until chocolate is blended and there is a bit of froth at the top of the beverage. (OPTION: add a dash or two of chili powder while stirring)

Enjoy! You may want to stir occaionally to prevent the cinnamon from all settling to the bottom.
