At my doctor's suggestion, I quit caffeine (cold turkey) on November 11, 1992. At the time, I was drinking about 1/2 gallon of caffeinated soda (or pop, as we Minnesotans like to call it) a day. After a while, I decided to go back to one serving a day. But pretty soon, I crept back to my former consumption level. On June 23, 1993, I quit cold turkey again and have never gone back. (I suffered no withdrawal symptoms either time.)

I've never felt better since I quit the bitter white drug. Since most of the resources on the net are decidedly pro-caffeine, I thought it useful to provide some alternative links. Here's to your health!
