What does this mean?

I believe in Self-Ownership. Nobody, no matter whether they are singular or plural, has a higher claim on my life, my freedom, or my property than I do. Nobody has a higher responsibility for my life, my freedom, or my property than I do.

Conversely, I have no claim on anyone else's life, freedom, or property. I have no responsibility for anyone else's life, freedom or property.

I believe in non-aggression. The completion of the first belief, I do not have the right to initiate force against others for any reason other than the protection of my life, freedom, and property.

I believe in the Free Market. When unhindered by the initiation of governmental force, it can guarantee that people will receive what they need at a reasonable cost. It can guarantee that everyone involved wins.
