What about printing it out? That's the only rule: I ask that, if you simply must, you print it ONLY for personal use. I would rather you not print it at all but simply read it online, but I realize that may not always be possible, so I'm willing to be a little flexible. However, if you have printed a copy and your friend Murgatroid wants to read the book, please ask him to go to the site and read it there according to these rules. And be assured, if I find that anyone is printing this and selling it, I will take appropriate legal action. I'm putting this out on the Web so people can enjoy it and learn about the Lord; it is not, at the present time, intended to fatten my wallet or anyone else's. So don't even try.
The How-to: It's pretty straightforward. Go to the table of contents and click on the chapter where you left off. At the end of each chapter is a link to the next one, if you feel like going on at that moment. Otherwise, just add the contents page to your bookmarks or favorites and come back to it any time you wish.
