I think this is a plover.
This ia a robin taking a bath in the lake. I thought that was very strange.
There are lots of red-winged blackbords and they would let me get very close -- from underneath. I guess they thought was their most photogenic side. If I got up to them from the side they would fly to a branch over my head.
A signal from a shipwreck? I did not see any survivors.
There are numerous willows leaning into the west side of the lake.
