• The London Plane is a hybrid between Platanus occidentalis (American Sycamore) and Platanus orientalis.

• Deciduous
• Height: 22m (72ft).
• Width: approximately same as height.
• Diameter: 75cm (2.5ft).
• Leaf: broad -- width 17cm (6.7in), resembles maple leaf.
