UPCOMING PROJECTS:

* Move outside door and window in kitchen.
	Install new counter and cabinets along back wall.

* Convert rooms 1 and 3 into interview rooms.

* Prepare current interview room to become the new office.

* Remove the 3rd floor 197 bathroom to open the hallway.

* Remove the chimney and air vents from 197 (w/ stove and furnace).
	Repair roof, walls and floors.
	Install a new furnace w/ a vent going into the chimney of 199.
	Build a new doorway and wall between new back entrance and new room.

* Convert 193 bathroom into a larger handicapped accessible bathroom.
	Remove storage closet.

* Open a hallway/entrance spanning the front of the building.
	Install shoji screen/walls in Dharma room and new room.
	Repair walls and flooring.

* Renovate new central entrance (archway, front doors).


ONGOING:

* Updating sinks, showers, tiles and toilets in bathrooms throughout.

* Scraping, caulking and painting outside window sills.

* Touching up unoccupied rooms.

* Everyday maintenance.
