Dear friends:

You are cordially inviited to participate in A Day of Mindfullness to be
held on the first day of summer, Saturday, June 21, from 1-6 pm at the
Cambridge Friends Meeting House. The day will focus on chanting practice
and will be led by Peter Cutler, Van Loc Doran, and Joan Schwartz.

We plan to have a mindful potluck at the end of the day. Please bring food
to share. Please also bring a cushion or sitting bench (chairs will be
available), a bowl, cup, and fork or chopsticks.

The Friends Meeting House is located at 5 Longfellow Park (off Brattle
Street, a short walk from Harvard Square).

We look forward to seeing you there.
