Hall, one hun- dred twenty two (122) feet; and containing six thousand nine hundred eighty six (6986) square feet of land, all as shown on said plan. Being the same premises conveyed to me by William H. Sayward, by deed sated August 15th, 1919, and to be recorded herewith. Said premises are conveyed subject to a mortgage of four thousand ($4000) dollars given by me to the Dorchester Trust Company, of even date,and to be recorded herewith. I, Abbie H.
