I Melinda Briggs of Lisbon in the county of Grafton, State of
New Hampshire, bein g well aware of the  ????????ty of life, do
hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and
testament.
First
   I give and bequeath the sum of one dollar each to my children
Sophia Hough of North Grafton, Miss Martha ?????? of S??????bury
Mass, Janice Thom of Apthorp, N. H., Fred A. Thom of Littleton, N. H.,
and John C. Thom of Los Angeles, Cal.
Second
   I give, bequeath and decree the remainder(?) of all the property
??????  ?????  own or may hereafter acquire, after the payment of 
all my ???? debts and the expense of my burial  ????? my
husband in Maple Grove, P. Q. Canada; into my daughter Mary ?
J. Brown of said Lisbon. 
   I hereby consitute and appoint Charles Brown of said Lisbon, sole
executor of this my last will  and testament
