Linux driver for the Hayes ESP card

The driver is part of the Linux kernel distribution as of 2.1.15

Version 2.2 (for pre-2.1.15) now available (98NOV06)

The driver operates the card in enhanced mode, using DMA to transfer data to and from the ESP's FIFOs. Enhanced mode operation also allows a wider selection of interrupts.

The lastest version of setserial contains support for the advanced features of the Hayes ESP card. You can get it from tsx-11.

The serial.c module included in the Linux kernel distribution was modified by Andrew J. Robinson to support the ESP card.
