This is a brief introduction about me and my stories. If you're looking for actual stories, skip this and continue on.

I began writting for ASS in the summer of 1998, and have, to date, completed five stories. Two more are in various stages of completion, and new plots are always creeping into my head.

My goal in writing is, simply, to improve. Writing erotica/smut/ whatever gave me a reason to get off my ass and write; as an aspiring author, I found that getting the courage to write was the most difficult part of the process. The image of sex stories as being quick and dirty, off-the-cuff sorts of stories helped me overcome the fear and get me to writing. Since then, I've realized that writing smut isn't any easier or less scary than writing "legitimate" stories, but by the time I realized that, it was too late: I was an author.

If you read my stories in order, you'll notice (I hope) some maturity and improvement. The first story is quite raunchy, and I can't see myself writing anything like that again. It was a story that took control of me, and made me realize that I needed to get control of my writing or nothing would get accomplished. Since then I've experimented with various styles, trying different points of view, different genders for the narration, humor, drama, and other things. Often, I'll have an idea for a story and will use the idea as a vehicle to work on certain aspects of writing. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.

As for personal information, the best you'll get from me is that I'm in my late 20s, female, and live in one of the several states that can be considered the American "midwest". For various reasons, I write under a pseudonym, a nickname I got as a young girl. Also, for many reasons, I do not post or subscribe to alt.sex.stories.d. Please be aware that any reviews or comments made regarding my stories on a.s.s.d. will not be seen by me. If you wish to contact me, you'll have to do so via e-mail.

I will send e-mail copies of my stories if you are unable to get them from my archives, but only if absolutely necessary.

None of my links to Deja worked, so you'll have to make do with my own personal archives. As always, feedback is very welcome! I've gotten some fine ideas from others' input, and it helps to know that someone out there is reading these things. Please e-mail me at anon85b1@nyx.net with any comments or questions you have.
