I've seen female couples at Mitchell Brothers 
in SF CAlif.

Some of them looked VERY interested in the 
action on stage in the Green Door room
and NY live.

I also once saw a guy and a gorgeous woman
in there once on an afternoon (New Year day in fact).

He bought her an up and close snuggly lap dance from one of the
dancers in the ny live seating area.  That woman had her hands all
over that dancer's bod.

Also I noticed them getting dances in the wall dancing room
and the movie room.  

If I do see a female couple I don't go up to them and
ask, "Hey, are you lesbians?"

I guess it would probably be okay if they are wandering
around in high heels and bikinis.  Not to hassle them but
more as an opening line.  Another one I might try is,
"Can I fix your wedgie?"
I need to check that out.

One that works well for me in the movie room is,
"Will $10 get us off to a good start?"
Also I try to make sure the $10 spot is in sight.
