As you have probably noticed, not much works in preview mode.

Some things that do are:	 (command to type at main menu in parentheses)

	- most informational commands

	- most of the 'info' menu (i).
	- most of the comm/news/doc menu (c,n,d).
	- some of the status/u menu (s,u).

The "qa" (quick access) option on the preview menu gives access to these items.

Some of the "preview" mode commands are slighly different than the
validated user commands to avoid unauthorized access.  Likewise, the
main menu is slightly different (but not much).

Commonly asked about things that do NOT work:	sending/reading e-mail, posting
news, ftp in/out.  Get validated.
