Q:  I used to have shell access, then my account expired.  Can I get it
back, or do I have to resubmit the paperwork?

A:  If you gained shell access under the current set of rules (namely
notarized form, in person, or donation via personal check) then you
should still have shell access -- just type 'chsh' at the main menu
like you did the first time.
